IDEAs with Michael Bach is a new web series and podcast where Michael sits down with thought leaders to discuss inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA). It’s free to attend and all are welcome. In 2024 IDEAs with Michael Bach will explore three themes that Michael is particularly passionate about:
Data and Measurement: The importance of data, and measuring success in IDEA
Inclusive Communications: How to communicate inclusively
LGBTQIA+ Inclusion: How to create inclusive cultures for LGBTQIA+ people
Each 60-minute episode will be broadcast live on Zoom, and live-streamed on Michael’s social media channels. Plus it will then be turned into a handy dandy podcast for easy listening.
